New Delhi, June 22 (INB) The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started releasing the outcomes of Class XII applications submitted under its post-result services for verification of issues observed and re-evaluation, with results being made available on DigiLocker from June 21 onwards.
CBSE said candidates whose marks have been revised following the verification or re-evaluation process can access their updated marksheets through DigiLocker. The results are being released in phases as individual applications are processed.
According to the Board, the outcomes of nearly 87 per cent of candidates who applied for verification of issues observed and/or re-evaluation have already been declared, while the remaining results will be released shortly.
CBSE had announced the Class XII examination results on May 13 for around 17.69 lakh candidates. As part of the post-result process, students were provided scanned copies of their evaluated answer books between May 19 and May 25, followed by an application window for verification and re-evaluation from June 2 to June 7.
The Board said the entire process was conducted under a robust and closely monitored system with technical support from the Digital India Corporation, IIT Kanpur and IIT Madras to safeguard against unauthorised access and ensure transparency.
CBSE clarified that wherever claims raised by candidates during verification were found to be valid, necessary corrections were made and marks were updated accordingly. Candidates can check the status of their applications through DigiLocker.
Students whose verification requests have been marked as “No Change” will be given an opportunity to inspect their answer books at the concerned CBSE Regional Office. The schedule for inspection will be announced soon.
The Board has urged students and parents not to rely on rumours, unverified social media posts or unofficial sources, and to refer only to official CBSE communication channels for authentic information.
